هذي مجموعة من الروابط حق أهم المواقع و حسابات الإنستجرام الي تُعنى بالأم و الطفل و الأسرة بالكويت. اللسته هذي أكيد مو كاملة بس هذول الي أنا أتابعهم و أشوف أنهم مفيدين و يغطون أغلب الفعاليات و الأشياء الي تصير بالكوبت. الي عنده بعد اقتراحات حق مواقع و حسابات انستجرام خل يكتبها بالتعليقات عشان الكل يستفيد. أغلب الروابط الي تحت يكتبون بالعربي و الإنجليزي بس اذا في شي منهم بس بالإنجليزي راح أكتب تحته.
This is a collection of links and resources that I think is essential to every mom living in Kuwait. They cover most of the events, topics and activities that are of concern to mom, kids and family. This is by no means a complete list but rather what I personally follow an benefit of. If you have more links to add please mention it in the comments below. Most of these accounts and websites are bilingual but I will mention if any of them is exclusively Arabic.
1- Little Moms Group
مجموعة أمهات صغيرات. مجموعة تطوعية يلتقون بين فترة و فترة و ينظمون فعاليات و ندوات تختص بالأم و الطفل أغلبها مجاني و مفتوحة للجميع.
A volunteer group of women who meet regularly and organize various activities and events, most of them are free and open to the public.
2- Kuwait Moms Guide
كل ما تحتاجون تعرفونه عن الفعاليات والندوات و وين تودون عيالكم بالكويت . انجليزي بس.
The most comprehensive site and Instagram feed to all events, things to do, places to go in Kuwait.
3- What's Kickin
كل الأشياء الي تصير بالكويت حق الطفل و الأسرة تسمعون عنها اهني.

4- Expat Family Q8

اذا كنتي أم يديدة أو حامل فهالموقع و الي بعده راح يكونون مفيدين حقج. تعرفي على الدوالا، يوغا الحوامل و الرضاعة الطبيعية في الكويت.

6- Midwifery in Kuwait
زوزانا نادوفا داية مقيمة بالكويت ( بس داية بالمعنى الحديث مو مال باب الحارة !) و دائما تحث على الولادة و الرضاعة الطبيعية.
Zuzana Nadova is a midwife in Kuwait and she is a strong advocate for natural birth and exclusive breastfeeding.

أكاونت بالانستجرام وايد حلو دايما تحط عن الأكل الصحي حق البيبي و اليهال الأكبر و تحط بعد عن منتجات العناية بالبشرة الزينة و الي ما تسبب حساسية حق اليهال. انجليزي بس.
A mom in Kuwait who mainly post about healthy food for babies and kids and natural skin care options. Very informative and useful feed.

أخصائيتين تغذية يكتبون عن البدائل الصحية للأكل المو صحي الي متعودين يهالنا ياكلونه و يقترحونلج طرق حلوة بتقديمهم.
Two nutritionists who post about healthy food options for kids versus unhealthy ones and provide some useful information for parents.
9- The Positive parents
اثنين أمهات وحدة من الكويت و وحدة من قطر ( على ما أعتقد) يكتبون عن التربية الإيجابية و طرقها. شي نحتاجه بالكويت فعلا.
Two mamas, one from Kuwait and one from Qatar who provide a positive approach to parenting, something that is very lacking in Kuwait.
